➕ Is this a pick-up or delivery?
Right now, we don’t provide any delivery services. You have to collect the order on your own.
➕ Can I pay with cash?
Yes, while booking your Magic Bag you can pay with cash also. In case of cash, you have to enter a Secret Code provided by the vendor.
➕ Why do I have to book in advance for my Magic Bag?
Because there is only limited amount of remaining Unsold Food at the end of the day, the vendor (shopkeeper) can only give food to a certain number of customers. This is why you need to book in advance to avoid having more customers.
➕ There’s no Magic Bag available from my vendor. What should I do?
The reason why it’s not available is because it’s already sold out for the day. You can try it tomorrow and try to book it as soon as possible before it sells out again.
➕ What if I missed my order, shall I get my money back?
No, if you missed your order we cannot refund it. To avoid that you should be there at the collection time given by your vendor so that you can avoid any delays.
